Friday

14H00 Arrival and Check in is from 14H00. (Official Check-In). Required to check-in to rooms as early as possible, however hotel check is 14H00.

Dinner in the Diningroom on Tables of 6-8pax or free seating. (Please advise on final requests for babysitter on day of arrival for the Wednesday night) 

 

Saturday 

07H00 Breakfast on 6 & 8 seaters for those who are already inhouse.

Golf Tee off times will be advised:  off the first tee with Carts.

Golf Tee off times will be advised for the tenth with Carts

Dinner in the Drakensberg Restaurant (Full Buffet)

 

22H00 Relaxed Party atmosphere in the Cathkin Arms Bar

 

Sunday

07H00 Breakfast at leisure (Full Buffet) On Tables of 6-8pax

08H00 Tee off at Champagne Sports Golf Course (Tee off times can only be confirmed three months in advance)

10H00 Checkout of the hotel rooms is required by 10h00              

16H30 Post Drinks at the 19th - Departure from Champagne Sports Resort

 

 

RATES AND RULES:

All extras, such as telephone,bar, half-way house, shop,,laundry etc. are to be settled in cash on departure or Checkout. The package includes two nights accommodation on a standard Dinner, Bed and Breakfast and inclusive Golf Rate for the Golfers with Carts. (All of the above rates are per person and inclusive of a standard DBB and where applicable inclusive of Golf and Cart Hire and are exclusive of Room Hire and a private menu)

 

All golfers are to sort-out there own halfway house requirements according to there budgets and is not inclusive in the rate. With regards to your requirements, 2x Nights for Golfers Sharing with 2x Rounds of Golf R2140 AT CSR.

 

Should you require a coach from DBN, our 44 or 65 pax lux coache this will come in at a return rate of R9000, (R4500 each way minimum regardless of no.s), Should you require merchandise with club or corporate logos, we do most of our groups clothing as have a Golf Got You Clothing range which can incorporate your logo on either a shirt or cap, prices and sizes will follow, according to no.s and sizes, and is not inclusive in the above rate.
